Game Thread: Lions vs. Vikings Part Deux
If you were to ask me why I apparently think it's funny to still quote the title of a questionable Charlie Sheen movie, particularly when I think he's a total turd muffin these days, I wouldn't have an answer for you at all. And yet here we are.
Welcome to another Purple Jesus Diaries Game Thread, where we get together with a bunch of bros and hoes and talk about the Vikings game that they are currently vomiting down the front of their jerseys. That's how you know it's always a blast!
So what will happen today? Will Jarius Wright become the golden egg we always thought he would be, or will he simply be that guy that was deactivated for 10 straight games because he's just not that good? Will Ponder throw for more than 50 yards? Will Purple Jesus get a rushing attempt in the second half? I CAN HARDLY CONTAIN MY EXCITEMENT!!

Great win. Still don't like our coaching but I'm a patient man. Juiced right now but not quite shit-faced, but well on my way. I'm all over that Three Days Grace song Chalk Outline. I keep replaying it on YouTube. Two more drinks and it'll be nothing but 80's and 90's tunes. Oh yeah! Skol baby.
It's bad enough we shoot ourselves in the foot but the fucking refs shoot us in the other by not calling defensive holding!!

Going to be honest, am pretty sick of three yard passes when it's 3rd and goal from the 10. We don't have ANYONE who can jump in the endzone? Christ.

Holiday tomorrow up here, I think it is for you guys too. Anyway, hitting the Crown Royal hard. Oh yeah! Got four buddies who are down at the game drunk texting me. I decided to stay home and put the money towards upgrading my house. What a fool I am. Crown Royal baby!

I'll be honest, I'm hoping this game is over after the first quarter so I can stop watching and go see Skyfall.
